La Cook-a Rack-a.. Stands for, "The Taco Cooking Rack!"
The Taco Rack story began when our company president designed and built one for his own use. For years making tacos for his family, as the Taco Shell companies suggested, seemed difficult, and he knew that there had to be a better way!
In 1998, a prototype of the very first Taco Rack came to be, at the end of a long night in the garage workshop. The new oven taco rack eliminated the stress and mess related to Taco Nights. In 2001, a US Patent application was filed. On Feb. 22, 2003, U.S. Patent D470360 was issued to Nicolas Stanco, President of La Cook-a Rack-a Ltd. In 2006, La Cook-a Rack aquired the domain name www.TacoRack.com
