2006 - To Present
La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd started in mid year, with the aquisition of the domain name, TacoRack.com. Since the beginning,TacoRack.com has held the top position on page one, in every search engine around the world.
At the Gourmet Housewares Show, Amazon.com contacted La Cook-a Rack-a to become a vendor and sell our products on their site.
By the end of 2007, The Taco Rack web sales reached15 states and 1 country. La Cook-a Rack-a's inventive designs combines functionality with a new concept for cooking tacos.
The Taco Rack Senior competed in CNBC's The Big Idea, hosted by Donny Deutsch. "The Million Dollar Idea Contest" aired on Sept. 19th 2008. Our Taco Racks received "four thumbs up" by the three judges, winning the top product worth investing One Million Dollars.
Donny Deutsch ended the show with "Tacos are King Tonight"
At the end of 2008, Taco Rack web sales have reached 28 states and 3 countries.
La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd added to their "Chef Series" models to capture all the needs of the food service industry. Chefs from within North America began to request samples and with their suggestion we changed our finish from mirror to satin, enhancing the quality to their platter presentation.
La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd aquired the domain names, GrilledTacos.com and TailgateTacos.com. Until now tacos were not part of the griller's menu plan. Now with the advent of Taco Cookware, Tacos can be prepared and cooked right on the hot Grill in their backyard or at the stadium.
National Restaurant Chains began to order our products to enhance their platter presentation. Royal Caribbean Cruiselines ordered the Taco Rack for their new family-style Mexican Restaurant. Our new Chef Series has become the premier Taco cookware and serve-ware Product available to them on the market.
La Cook-a Rack-a introduced our line of Mini Taco Racks, designed for the restaurant who offered Small Plate or Tapas. Also in 2010, The Taco Rack web sales reached 41 states and 6 countries.
La Cook-a Rack-a's "Chef Series" continues to grow in popularity among the chef community nationally. Vendor status has been established to restaurant supply outlets.

2012 – In January La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd., inked a deal with USA Pans, a Bundy Family Company based just outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to be its exclusive manufacturer for the Taco Rack Home Series and Chef Series.
The Chef Series continues to expand its popularity through-out Canada with multiple sales to more restaurants and caterers along with a sale to a restaurant in London, England. Additionally the Home Series had a banner year with sales throughout America along with Amazon increasing orders to fulfill all the new warehouses they opened.
On the retail side, La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd, scored a deal with Cooks Warehouse a multi-store company based down in Atlanta, Georgia and began negotiations with Whole Foods Market’s Northeast Regional Grocery Buyer.
2013- La Cook-a Rack-a, Ltd., works out terms with Whole Foods Market Northeast Region for a February Roll-out in 25 stores throughout Long Island, Manhattan, West Chester, Northern, New Jersey and Southern Connecticut.
